What makes this rather bizarre is that its not a pitch bend but a
semitone out on only certain keys. C and D are in tune over the whole
6 octaves while E,F,G A and B are not. All the black keys are in
tune. Its global as in it does not matter which voice I start up with
on the AN1x. I guess this rules out the controllers output otherwise
it would be over the whole keyboard, or would it? Can you please
advise how to turn off all controller outs and I will try this.

Further clue. With everything switched on and the Korg still out of
tune, I disconnect the midi in cable coming from the AN and hey
presto the Korg is back in tune. So this means it is definately a
signal from the AN that is causing the detune. Any ideas?

Sorry, could you explain this in a bit more detail for me and what is
this Data List you mention?

Have checked the Ctrl Device and Ctrl No settings as described. There
are lots of them. What am I looking for?

Thanks
