This sounds like a problem with the electronics that scan the keyboard. Modern keys don't directly connect to their sound source; instead, they are connected into row/column digital scanners, like those of a computer keyboard, and then the scanner decides which notes are played. If we look at the keyboard in that way:
C = 1 (any C)
C# = 2 (any C#)
D = 3 (etc.)
D# = 4
E = 5
F = 6 ∗∗∗∗∗
F# = 1
G = 2
G# = 3
A = 4
A# = 5
B = 6 ∗∗∗∗∗
It looks like the electronics for column #6 is out of whack. It's possible that it could be a loose connection on a cable or an IC socket, but more than likely, it needs to have some part(s) replaced.
