One of them seems to be a "wider" chorus -- more initial delay, less delay time modulation -- while the other is a "deeper" chorus -- less initial delay, more modulation depth. I don't have my AN1x at the house to check today, but I think Chorus 1 is the deep one and Chorus 2 is the wide one; I could have them mixed up.
