Guys, guys... I'm away for some two weeks on my honeymoon in Italy
(beautiful country, really) and we're getting hostile already. Can't I leave

The problem with communication over the internet is that you only get the
10% content of what you'd have with face to face conversation, which
consists of 60% body language, 30% intonation and only 10% the actual
wording. So careful wording is very important, as is knowing what and what
not to send. It has taken me ten years so far, and I won't claim not to
still make mistakes.
As for the "the moderator is gonna have your ass" bits I read in this and
other mails, my personal opinion is that a community is pretty capable of
regulating itself, and that the only ∗really∗ unacceptable behaviour is
personal insults (like if I would call Jon a wanker, or something, which of
course I wouldn't dream of :) ).
