I've had the EX5R before and it's in ∗exactly∗ the same colours as the AN1x.
So if you're looking for a nice complement, the original isn't a bad choice
either.

Call me stupid, but the case of the AN1x feels like plastic to me, at least
the top part. The bottom is metal and black.

I wouldn't repaint the AN1x: the instrument becomes completely
incomprehendable without the transfers.

I would go for a generic 61-key keyboard cover.
