I suggest you email YCA and politely express your concern (a
legitimate concern, IMHO) and inquire if/when a bug fix will be issued.

a day or so from a help desk associate (or whatever Yamaha's term is.)
Don't be surprized if they come back with 'we'll pass your complaint
along to tech's in Japan' - this is not necessarily a bad thing. Send a
follow up email every couple of weeks inquirying on any change in the
problem ticket status etc.
If enough AN200 users follow through on this Yamaha will get the right
impression of how important a fix is to their user community. Maybe
next (AN200 v2?) they'll not make such an oversight.
