If you scroll to the end of the matrix control list with the Set No key
(top position of the rotary switch), you'll see two items called 'Comn1'
and 'Comn2'; these 'common' controllers can be used to set the reverb
return (amount) and delay return. They are common because they affect both
scenes in the same way.

Reverb and delay can't be adjusted on a per-scene basis. However, the
common controllers can be assigned to the knobs, pitch controller, foot
pedals, etc., just like the scene modulations.
