Sometimes, when you load a patch, that patch may contain global parmaters
that muck up everything in your Utility and Setup matrix (Send/Receive
channel #, local on/off, and especially Control Device setups). Be careful
when you load a new program... just listen to it, and explore your normal
setups for the controllers. If something seems in any way to be messing
with your defaults, just abort it - don't save it because it may overwrite
the system settings.

Subject: [AN1x-list] What´s wrong with my system

Hi there !

I´m using the An1X Editor program and never had
trouble. Right now it seems to me, that a whole bank´s
patches sound other than before, (when I load them, they sound
normal), especially when
using the mod wheel which is routed to VCF cutoff for
the whole bank. The cutoff has jumps in it,
when I use the mod wheel and thins up when opening the
filter (not like before, sounds also more resonant ).
It seems like the initial position of the mod wheel
has been altered or like the mod wheel adresses to a wrong
filter type (HPF ?)(which I didn´t set). I found no hint to set the
mod wheel sensitivity or something similar. System settings
seem to be correct. There are no modulation matrix routings set.
Finally the An1x hang up once when
using the VCF cutoff knob, now it works again, but the strange
filter behaviour remains.

Maybe someone´s got a clue or experienced something
similar. Your help is appreciated !

Jeff
