I believe that if you check the Voice parameters when you noticed the
blinking lights you might find one or more tracks in the FreeEG are
programmed to affect some parameter change(s). I believe the flashing
indicator lights are meant as a visual aid so you are aware a value
has been altered from their preprogrammed value.
