Subject: [OT] Foot Volume Pedals

Hello BW+All, Thanks for all the advice I got over foot pedals/switches,
I went out and bought a Bespeco Volume pedal for £35, I got it home and
it didn't work properly, It was my own fault, I should have checked what
the Rating of the Potentiometer (20k) on this pedal, My Peavey needs a
10k pot un-powered.

So, after finding out that I had bought the wrong pedal, I went back to
the shop armed with proper information and got them to Order me a Roland
EV-5 Expression Pedal, This pedal Works 0-127 and it has a Volume knob
on it as well. It is the one that peavey recommend, I hadn't spotted it
in the manual! The Pedal was £50 in my local shop, possibly over-
priced, but at least it works and I didn't have to go hunting for one!

I remember someone on the List, BW I think, who said they had a peavey
PC1600x Midi Command station, and couldn't get a pedal to work properly
on it. Well, the Roland EV-5 pedal is the right one for the job.

See ya,

Reggie
