Subject: RE: [AN1x-list] interacting with an1x edit

Hi Eitan,

An1xEdit cannot automate directly from edits being performed at the synth.
That wasn't one of the requirements for the program when I was commissioned
to produce it.

However if you store your voice at the AN1x, you can use AN1xEdits library
functions to request the voice from the synth. (Just highlight the
appropriate patch number in the library then hit the bulk REQUEST button)

Regards

Gary

Subject: [AN1x-list] interacting with an1x edit

hi there group.
when working with he AN1x edit i came across a thing i couldn't do...
is there a way for the an1x to send data to the program in real time
while turning knobs etc.?? or is it only the other way around...
i notice that when i shape the sound on the anix and then ply it
through the keyboard thingy on the an1x edit it does play the edited
sound but the parameters in the edit remain the same and if i save
the program it saves it with the original parameters ad not actually
with the new ones i set in the an1x....
i know that the whole point is that all the sounds will be edited on
the an1x edit but somehow i still find it more logical for me to do
some editing on board the an1x.... just wanna know if there is a way
of "collaborating" between on board and software editing in real
time..
thanks in advance,
Eitan
