It's really easy. Go to the AN1x List at Onelist
http://www.onelist.com/group/AN1x-listChoose the Files link on the left hand menu; select the AN1xPatches
folder in the main window; click the 'Add Folder' link on the upper
right hand menu; give your folder a name and description.
Now, once the folder has been created, click the 'Add File' link; from
the Add File dialog you'll see a line 'File Name:' with a Browse button
adjacent to it - click the browse button and you ∗should∗ be presented
with a navigation dialog of your desktop; locate the file you wish to
upload - click on Open and your file should now be listed in the File
Name prompt at Onelist. Add a description if you like.
Please remember to Zip your file! Mac users won't have a problem with
.zip so long as they have Stuffit Expander installed and Windows user
mostly certainly won't have a problem!
I've no idea how many list members pay a flat fee for their ISP vs. pay
by the minute so please refrain from using the 'auto send' feature.
Don't want to unintentionally run up someone's phone bill with an
unsolicited download.

Terrific!!! :-)
Give a shout if you run into problems.
