Hi,
I have it working on my windows 10 pc with m-audio midisport 4x4 interface.
If I remember correctly I had some issues installing it, so you might have to backup your folder in program files and copy it on your new machine. But it is fully functional and stable on windows 10.
If you did not do any backup and did not manage to install it, let me know, I can share the installed folder.
