You could dump it to your sequencer through midi sysex. Or use the editor software to save and backup.

Subject:[AN1x] needs a saved as button

I sequenced a bassline yesterday for a song. I don't really know what I'm doing, I just take an interesting preset and  turn knobs until I get a sound that fits in the mix. I almost always forget to save the patch--A: I don't want to erase the original sound, and B: it takes forever to change the name of the patch-most of my patches are call init something or another.

Be nice if there was a svae as button and some kind of keypad like a phone (it would still take hours, I am the world's slowest texter)..

Oh well, on the plus side, since I don't know what I'm doing, odds are my bass sounds don't sound like anyone else's. Also, each bass sound is unique to that song since I never saved it.

Alsi, I have been really wanting a new rompler, but I've realized I've had the AN1X for so long, it's changed how I do things. I don't think I could scroll through a billion presets to get the bass sound I want, or the lead sound, or the organ sound. It's easier to tweak a sound..
