This is with the volume knob all the way up, including both factory patches and my own. The interface only accepts XLR, so I've got TS to XLR cables (I'm told this is better than using balanced cables to connect unbalanced gear).


Any ideas? I've heard the power supply might be the issue.

i don't think so : supply troubles would more likely cause software crashes.
