Regarding the A to Z book, The author posts to the Analog Heaven mailing list. I saw recently on another forum, that a member asking about the book was referred there. After posting to the list, Mr. Forrest replied regarding revised copies now being sold. The old editions are out of print but not the book itself. Try Analog Heaven and search for posts, within the last two months. I may do so, myself. Thanks for the reminder about these books!
