Subject: Possible to turn off transmission of Program Changes from AN1X?

I haven't found a way to turn off transmission of Program Change commands from my AN1X. Most likely this was something that Yamaha did not implement on this synth. I am currently filtering out the Program Change commands using a Peavey Midi-Master before the midi goes to the synth modules that my AN1X is controlling. Most of my synth modules have it implemented that the user can choose whether they will receive Program Changes or not receive them. But not all my synth modules do.
One of my synth modules that can be set to disable Program Changes commands coming from my AN1X is a Yamaha CS6R. I have a PLG-AN card installed in it. I use the knobs on the AN1X to control the PLG-AN filter cutoff and resonance, the wet/dry mix of the reverb and chorus effects, the ASDR amp and filter envelopes and some other parameters too.
It is weird that in order to save my PLG-AN voice edits I have to also save the contents of the rest of the CS6R as an all file to my Smart Card. (PLG-AN banks cannot be bulk dumped via Midi; they can only be saved to the Card). I set up an autoload all file and an autoload PLG-01 file which automatically load on start up.
Anyway, did I miss something in the manual or am I right to assume that Program Change commands from the AN1X cannot be disabled?
