I confirm... I tried to order from Yamaha 24-7, I live in Italy... it's impossible... :-)
I will check locally, anyway thanks for the information.
Regards.

Oggetto: [AN1x] Re: Parts and Ribbon Controller
Hi,
In terms of non-USA support, I'm not aware of any web support like Yamaha 24/7, but the parts department of your local dealer (which can be found on Yamaha's web site) is usually very helpful.
In the UK, it's Yamaha Kemble

It doesn't include the metal backing plate for the ribbon sensor, and the old sensor was attached to that metal plate with some kind of adhesive. I tried to pry it off very carefully in hopes that I could re-use the existing adhesive. That ∗sort of∗ worked; there was enough sticky stuff left on the plate to attach the new ribbon sensor, but some of it had peeled off, so the surface of the ribbon is a little bit lumpy.

Installation of the new circuit board was also a little tricky due to the location of the screws, but was otherwise straightforward (if you don't count all of the usual screwing/unscrewing just to get the synth open & clossed in the first place!).
