Hi !
you can save and get back your patches with a basic MIDI software such
as MIDI Ox , it's a freeware available on the net. But you cannot edit
them, except in hexadecimal if you know well the structure of AN1x's
sysex files... I don't know if it works with seven but it's worth a try.
Have you tried to set the compatibility of your own editor ? Rignt click
on the shortcut (or .exe file) -> properties -> compatibility, then set
it to your last working configuration, i.e XP.
