Yes I am still programming the An1x. In spite of knowing, that this machine is a little bit out of time. And not very well known, because it was only produced one year. 1996-1997.
So this Yahoo group is a little bit quiet. Accepted :-)
Hard to explain. I own any kinds of synthesizers but this An1X machine is the one i love most.
I loaded your Fender Example and was amazed, that it it so close to mine. I am using An1X on stage and this kind of Fenders do very well Jobs.
Also JayBs Accelrate Sound is first choice using it on stage. Even in its "thin" Version.
In former times I used old CX3 and nex CX3 on stage. My corrected An1X sounds

Only 10 Polyphonie reduces An1X Organ fun. But AT Leslie is great.
Another Sound I am using on Stage is Number 10. An1X S1S2. Very pure but with right frequency range. And i can switch between this an an Solo sound.
Sound Number 5 D50 Fanta (11 D50 Sound number) seems to have also a better frequencie range than all my other D50 emulations. I use this sound very often on stage.
Also Diamonds (22), Moog (23), Gary More (24) and Jazz Guitar Emulation JAZZ DUOii (43)
Very often i need an high audible Brass Sound on Stage. EG for Latin Stuff. XP Brass (14) is doing that. Best auditable An1X Sound on stage.
I have some new surprises. An1x Groove Sounds, that will turn this machine in an single producer station. For this concept i first tried to produce a clean Drum and Base Sound with Seq in one Scene. I think i succeeded. Furthermore adding complex Controles on Drum and Base and Scene2.
I will upload this as soon as i am really content with the result.
