You can take a look at:

they sell synthesizer kits and parts, maybe you can find something
equivalent, these ribbon controllers are not "Yamaha specific". But
you'll have probably to deal with a different size and connector .

Our beloved keyboard is going old now...but people still play and
sometimes repair much older machines.
