Hi Dave !
before touching any hardware part first try a complete reset, after you
have saved all your patches on your computer of course.
Then, if it is not enough, open again your AN1x and check all the
connectors. The best way to do it : remove them and put them back firmly
in place one by one. Your mod wheel trouble looks more likely like a
contact problem, "triggered" by your battery replacement.
