Hi Sorry for the dumb question. Figured it out myself by, get this, reading the manual! So if someone else ever has this problem there is a setting for the "Pattern Transmit Channel" to chose which MIDI channel to send Arp and Seq data on. Page 87 of manual. Mine was set to off by previous owner.
