Subject: RE: [AN1x] Re: Controlling AN200 parameters Lfo2 Rate/Peg/Osctune from midi keyboard possib

AN200 doesn't sound as good as the AN1x so why you 'don't like 8 knobs' but would sacrifice overall key feel, features, and other pros of having the actual AN1x is strange.

I'm not trying to be rude but I seriously can not understand the logic of getting rid of an1x due to 'lack of knobs' (which btw take about a week to become second nature, flying around each subset with the context buttons) and replace with a more convoluted setup of an200 + midi control keyboard.

Each to their own but realise than nothing sounds exactly like the AN1x and that includes the plug in boards AND the AN200.. (though an200 is very close of course).

Congrats on the purchase.

You need to re-read the manual: Ch 19, Tip 88, p 105 Tech Talk Control Change In/Out

Also, the MIDI Data Format, p 132 in particular, and the MIDI Implementation Chart will assist you.

Good luck.
