IIRC it will warn you in plenty of time before it dies via the display
stating: LOW BATTERY.
Then all you need to do is get a soft blanket, put the AN1x face down on it,
remove all the screws holding the bottom on and observe the main board.
You will be surprised how few electronic components are inside.
Look for the battery - it's a coin style and is in a very obvious place. It
is easily slid out of its holster and replaced. I don't know the exact type
- someone (Jon, maybe?) can help here.
Use the AN1x editor to store your patches on your computer via MIDI first.
