Thanks for your suggestions. I did not know that these trim pots existed.

A quick clarification: You used the word "offset" to describe both
pots. I assumed you meant to say the "gain" pot is for the overall
sensitivity of AT and "offset" is for minimizing the jump in
modulation parameter. Am I right?

I guess I have two questions: Do I need to remove anything other than
the bottom cover to reach these trip pots?
