Agreed, and I've bought power supplies for my AN1x and other items
from this place:
http://www.arcade-electronics.com/SearchResult.aspx?CategoryID=241Use the Narrow Your Search drop-down to zero in on type (AC-AC, AC-
DC, etc.) then use it again to get the correct voltage. The CAD 45-
763-2.5 works with my AN1x. Only about 7 bucks, but shipping about
doubles that. Still way cheaper than anything else I could find.
I don't work for these guys, I've just been pleased with their
products and services. Once they sent my a PS with the wrong plug and
they immediately shipped the correct one and didn't ask for the first
one back.
Using an "orphan" power supply from something else around the house
works great if the plug fits - or if you don't mind soldering those
tiny little plugs.
