all of my work was under warranty
I know of a authorized repair place in LA that will work on Alesis items out
of warranty, Yamaha too I believe.
There is also a person a few miles from me that works for the local music
stores, authorized for some, out of his garages. Yes that not a typo,
garages.
Like I tell everyone, try tech support first. Email and phone. Are you in
the states? I have heard about different levels of service outside the
states.
