Maybe a Drum Throne would work? I use a round seat Throne (made by
Pacific). Quickly adjustable from 19" to 27" high. Legs fold up for
transport. No footrest though. I remember seeing a Drum Throne that
could go to 30" high and had an adjustable backrest(at Guitar Center
I
think).
