The FS is sending MIDI CC #003 with a value of '0' or '127' to swap Scenes; The FC is
sending MIDI CC #003 with the full range of values from 0-127, i.e., Scene Morphing.
There is no third value when using a FS - aside from kicking and stomping when it doesn't
work as expected :-P

The Layer parameter is Voice specific. The SceneSel will work regardless of the Layer
parameter setting, but for Lou's application Single is exactly what he wants :-) Using any
other Layer mode leads to pretty extreme results - try using this with a Split Lyer and one
Scene is being arpeggiated!
