Yeah, that sounds about right. A dismal effort.

I understand if they don't want to faff around with small or even medium-sized orders. If the situation is genuinely that "we don't care for anything less than $50K", then just put that as a MOQ on the damn website so people know. It's really not that hard - just a little basic communication with your customers.
