Hi Paul,

I recommend Front Panel Express. They do not have Frac Rack templates, but you could easily create one based on the standard's measurements. Once you have a template file, creating new panels would be quick. Multiple thicknesses, multiple finishes, and the option to paint text, engrave text, or screen-print text.

My favorite combination is black anodized aluminum with engraved text that reveals the aluminum beneath (saving on the cost of the painting stage). I've also used designed with natural aluminum and black screen-printed text over that.

FPE is so easy to use, and affordable, that I've even designed blank panels to fill the spaces in my rack - just for the cosmetics. But I've also used them plenty of times for 19" rack mount projects and Eurorack projects.
