[sdiy] Knobs for Oberheim SEM-1A

I recently spoke to a Eurorack manufacturer that uses SIFAM/SELCO style
knobs, but he needed them with a pointer for a rotary switch.
he modeled the knob in CAD and has it now 3D resin printed, they look
almost like the original and ended up even costing less.
I guess one could model the skirt part the same way and have it produced
for relatively small money....
