If you just want it to loop around, have look at ring multivibrators. These extend the basic 2-transistor multivibrator for more stages. E.g. this schematic from https://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/678865/is-there-any-such-thing-as-a-tristable-quadristable-etc-multivibrator



Replace R2, R3, R4 with your light bulbs (and series resistor is needed) and adjust the capacitors to suit the required frequency.
