[sdiy] The history of Peavey synths

Hi Folks,
I'm quite impressed by Peavey synths design at the time, running it of
Motorola 68k + 5k DSP.
Do people here know the history of development of Spectrum, DPM, V2, V3?
I also hope to find somebody who owns Spectrum Synth as my unit is running
dated OS 1.0 and I can't find anywhere later roms.
