[sdiy] MIDI commands to drive external clock steps..

I did a simple PIC firmware for this:

It turns MIDI Clock at 24ppqn into two different 0-5V clock outputs. You can set different divisions for the two outputs. It also provides "Start", "Stop" and "Running" outputs for sequencer control.
