I am color blind and I have to tell you, it really isn't that bad. My
ability to see a color is directly related to luminosity. The less light
there is in the room, the harder it is for me to tell the color. The worst
cases are when I have to see red label on black or brown background,
sometimes I just can't see the label unless pointed out by somebody. LED
displays are never a problem to read because mainly of light difference, but
LED color are really hard to guess for me. Like for example if a led can
show 3 different colors for 3 different states, then I have to ask somebody
for sure. Same with resistor codes. Other than that it really isn't that
bad, but I also consider my color blindeness to be mild.
