I have used AlumaJet

It works well. You should plan on printing the
label, sticj to the front panel (predrilled)
then cut throught the AlumaJet sheet with a sharp X-acto
knife.

Premium ink (Epson) works well and did not fade in
a six month direct sunlight test. Cheap dye-ink (Printpal)
faded from black to a copper-bronze color, but was still
readable.

You have to spray a clear coating over the printed sheet.

Its a nice product, very pro looking...
