[sdiy] Need help with project (slightly off-topic)

As stated earlier I'm working on a project which I believe is partly off 
and on topic as it's modifying (MIDI expansion etc.) and rack-mounting 
an Atari Mega STe computer.

I'm currently having trouble figuring out some stuff related to the 
video electronics (output to computer monitors and TV).
I'm referring to the following schematic I've made where I'm partly stuck:

Is anyone here willing to help me out (probably off-list) or 
alternatively tell me where I can discuss this sort of thing?
I've already tried numerous electronics related newsgroups with little 
or no response.
