I'm trying to make the following schematic work, but
i'm all out of luck:

I've got way to high oscillations at 300-700kHz, as
i'm going to drive a MN3005 i need 10-100kHz per the
datasheet.

I've tried resizing caps both up and down as well as
testing different 4011's.

Any ideas?
