My rev. 3 Prophet 5's autotune always ruined the tuning from the previous 
session, because it would
"correct" all the VCOs when still cold, at power-up. Big design flaw.
Of course I could re-(auto)-tune them 10 minutes later. But no way to 
achieve the "almost perfectly
in tune from previous session" state that I love so much on my Oberheim 
OB-8.
