It says 3.5 turns in the schematic, so I'd think you can just wind your
own onto any coil cage with a ferrite core. At the bottom of the page
is a link to the store where they sell a ready-made one, BTW - so you
can at least see what it looks like and you get to know that they are
specified at 65-79nH. The 3.5 turns is not in stock, but others are,
so grab one of those to get the cage (or check the local junkyard for
similar devices :-). If for instance you'd take the 4.5 turns one, you
could either unwind one turn or short the last turn out, whatever you
like best.
