It's only the standard products that aren't being made. I can understand
their decision, even if it does frustrate me. One of the things they said in
their response to me was that the majority of their customers wanted custom
formulations, responses, firmness, etc. so they decided to concentrate on
that side of things.

Farnell no longer have any of the Peratech products. Maplin have the "pills"
and also their force sensing cable (in 100mm lengths only) but I really
suspect that once they are all gone there will be no more. They talk about
overseas shipment in their FAQs, so you should be OK.
Of course, if you are a _serious_ customer with a proper project, Peratech
would supply you with engineering samples.
