[sdiy] sci profit 600 troubles

I have a profit 600 on my bench and am having trouble calibrating vco4b, all 
of the other 3340's
cal up just fine. Ive switched out other osc chips from other voices and 
they wont cal up either in this position,
I am also getting all of my waveforms out of the 3340, and its freq. 
changes, it just wont scale corectly, also the pot is sweeping its range 
correctly.

anyone have any
ideas?
