[sdiy] Sub-Octaver Schem???

Almost all octave dividers need a monophonic input so
'line level' might not work. Bass is OK if you are
careful.

There are schematics for a Boss unit
online, several Electro-Harmonix (specifically
"Deluxe Octave Multiplexer") ... The Shin-ei
octave divider works surprisingly well (I have cloned it).

If you find some you wonder about contact me on/off list
I have some experience with many of the circuits...

Also check out a US Patent by "Akimatu"... it describes
the basic technique very well
