[sdiy] Dual polarity pulse wave clock signal

Hi,

I'm looking for a circuit to produce a pulse wave with a duty cycle of
1-5%, but also a negative pulse of 1-5% too (they should be 180º out of
phase). Is there a simple way to convert a square wave into this, by
redmoving the DC level, and just leaving the voltage spikes?
It's slightly unrelated to SDIY. I'm trying to clock a clock (real
analogue wall clock) to make the hands move much faster. I've had some
success with a single pulse wave of about 3-4hz and 2% duty cycle,
generated by a 555 timer.

Any advice appreciated

James
