Analog Devices finally replied and suggested using the ADG45x family of parts. These are rated at 32V VDD to GND and have lower on resistance (5 ohms) and better matching (0.5 ohms), and of course are more expensive. They stated the ADG41x parts would work at 30V but would not guarantee the life of the part. -Dave
