Howdy,

 If you VERY CAREFULY and VERY DILLIGENTLY dip a
little acetone into the threads and let it soak, do
this enough times and tour screws will probably loosen
up. Where I wok,(titanium wheelchair factory), it
works. But you gotta be patient and careful. Don't let
the acetone touch ANYTHIN ELSE but the threads.
