I don't find a DG413 from Analog Devices.
They have a chip called ADG413 - and this has that strange voltage limit.

Yes - you basically need a bigger geometry for higher voltage.
Hard to understand why _parts_ of a chip can stand the higher voltage and 
others can't, though.
I mean, I know this from mixed signal ASICs: You're using a (smaller) low 
voltage technology for
your digital part, and a (larger) high voltage technology for the analogue 
part (or where ever you need
it). Makes sense to keep chip size small when you integrate a DSP and high 
voltage analogue on the
same silicon. But for a simple transmission gate chip? Strange.
