I sent an email to Intersil, and they replied promptly.
To simplify matters, I asked about 30V single supply use:
"Can I use the DG413 on 30V single supply, with V- and GND pins connected to
0V, and both V+ and VL pins connected to +30V ?
Or will I exceed any limits by doing so? [...]"
This is the reply I got:
"Power supplies may be single-ended from +5V to 44V
Logic Supply Current, IL, Max 1 µA.
You can have V+ = VL = 30V, this will raise the Vil Max and the Vih min or
you can insert a voltage divider between the 30V source and ground to
generate any VL you want at a 1uA current level."
So it's confirmed, and I'll use it that way.
